Fixed price. Fixed date. No surprises in between.
Every engagement follows the same four steps. You know the price and the launch date before the project starts.
First step
1–2 weeks · US$1,500–4,000
A short paid engagement: a readiness check, discovery sprint or scoping. You get a written plan, a fixed quote and a launch date, and you keep the plan even if you stop there.
Project
Fixed price and date
We build against the plan in two-week cycles and show working software at the end of each one. Price and launch date are in the contract.
Launch
On the agreed date
We go live, train your team, and hand over documentation, credentials and source code.
Retainer
Monthly
A monthly plan covers monitoring, fixes, security updates and small improvements, with response times in writing.
Contracts and payment
What goes in writing.
- Fixed price and launch date in every project contract
- 30 to 50 percent upfront, the rest at agreed milestones
- Change requests priced in writing before any work starts
- Contracts in English, with a Khmer version on request
- You own the code and data we produce for you
Security
Built for teams that answer to auditors.
Your servers, if needed
We deploy on your infrastructure or in a Cambodian data centre when data must stay in the country.
Least-privilege access
Named accounts with only the access the work needs, removed when the work ends.
Code you can read
You receive the source code and documentation for everything we build.
Regulated clients
For banks and lenders, we work within the National Bank of Cambodia's rules on technology risk and outsourced data.
