CamInvoice and finance integration
Invoices cleared by CamInvoice, without replacing your accounting system.
We connect SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, parent-company ERPs and in-house software to Cambodia's national e-invoicing platform. Your finance team keeps the system it knows.
What CamInvoice requires
An e-invoice is data, not a PDF.
Structured invoices
Each invoice is sent as UBL XML. A PDF or a scanned copy does not count as an e-invoice.
Real-time validation
Your system calls the CamInvoice API for each invoice, and the invoice is validated before it counts.
Status in your books
We write the validation result and document ID back to each invoice, so finance can see what cleared and what did not.
The receiving side
E-invoices from your suppliers arrive through CamInvoice too. We import them into your accounting system, so nobody retypes them.
Who must comply now
The rollout is staged. Here is where it stands.
Last checked: September 2026 · Kreston Cambodia, Tax Briefing Q3 2026
Suppliers to government ministries
Required now
Suppliers invoicing the 14 or more mandated ministries must already use CamInvoice.
Large and high-risk taxpayers
Expected next
A defined group of private taxpayers is slated to join next. Subsidiaries of multinationals are always classed as large taxpayers.
Other businesses
Planned from 2027
A broader range of businesses is planned from 2027. Until then, business-to-business e-invoicing is voluntary.
The General Department of Taxation can change these dates. We check them again at the start of every readiness check.
