Privacy notice

This notice explains what Moul keeps when you use moul.co, where it is kept, and for how long. In short: we keep only what you send us, we use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

What we collect

  • What you type into the contact form: your name, company, role, work email, the service you are interested in, your message, and your Telegram username or phone if you ask us to reply there.
  • Where your visit came from: the page you sent the form from, the language you were reading in, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), if any.
  • Four anonymous usage events: call booked, form sent, demo played and language switched. These record the page and language, not who you are.
  • Booking details: if you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking and stores the details you enter there. The calendar loads only when you ask for it.

We do not use cookies for tracking, and we load no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled, counts page views without cookies.

Where it is kept

  • Form submissions and usage events are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in Moul's own Cloudflare account.
  • A copy of each form submission is sent to a private Telegram group used by our team, and by email to sales@moul.co (Google Workspace). Emails are delivered through Resend.
  • Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without asking you to solve puzzles.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
  • Usage events: 12 months, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email sales@moul.co and we will reply within five business days.

Terms of use

  • The content of moul.co is for information. Prices on this site are our current list prices in US dollars. A project is only agreed when both sides sign a written quote or contract.
  • The demos on this site use synthetic data. They show how our work functions; they are not a record of any client's data.
  • Names of other products and services, such as CamInvoice, SAP, QuickBooks or Odoo, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those owners endorse Moul.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
